Maxcess has announced a new RotoMetrics flexible die facility in the St. Louis area to better service its customers. Housed in Eureka, MO, the new facility dramatically ramps up flexible die manufacturing, giving customers leading flexible die technology and increased capacity with industry-leading shipping times.

“We took global operational best-practices and invested millions in state-of-the-art machinery to create a flexible die center of excellence that will speed up manufacturing and reduce lead times to better serve our customers,” says Chuck Wood, RotoMetrics plant manager. “Our investments in high-tech machinery will provide our customers with best-in-class precision and quality, while expanding upon our promise to deliver the dies you need, when you need them, faster than the competition.”

Throughout late 2021 into early 2022, the company will begin transitioning flexible die production from Alpharetta, GA, to the expanded St. Louis-based facility, ensuring a seamless experience for customers placing flexible die orders. Many Alpharetta, GA, employees will be relocated to the St. Louis area, where the new plant will join the existing Meadows of Dan, VA, facility on the east coast to ensure an optimal manufacturing footprint for customers to receive their dies better, faster and smarter.
